Email marketing is communicating by email with customers who gave you their address themselves: newsletters with news and offers, and automatic messages, e.g. a welcome email after sign-up. The email list is yours and does not depend on the rules of a social network. Online shops, hotels with returning guests, restaurants and any business with regular customers use it.

Email that reaches the customer, not the spam folder
Before the first send, IT Durrës sets up SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain: three DNS records that prove to Gmail and Outlook the email comes from your domain. The list is built with double opt-in: every new address is confirmed by its owner. An existing list is imported and cleaned of invalid addresses, and cleaned regularly after that.
A/B tests and the monthly report
The subject line and the send time are A/B tested: two versions, sent to two parts of the list. Every month you receive a report with opens, clicks and unsubscribes, so you know what your customers read and what they skip.
