For simple designs like social posts or flyers, we usually deliver within 1-2 business days. For more complex projects like brochures or catalogs, it takes 3-7 days depending on size. Rush projects are possible with a surcharge.

**How many revisions are included?**
All projects include 2 rounds of revisions. If you need more, we can add them at a small additional cost. For monthly packages, revisions are more flexible.

**What files do you receive?**
For print designs you receive print-ready files (PDF CMYK with bleed). For digital designs you receive appropriate formats for each platform (JPG, PNG, in required dimensions). Request editable files if you want to modify them yourself later.

**Do you offer printing services?**
We focus on design, but we collaborate with reliable print shops. We can coordinate printing for you and ensure files are ready and high quality.

**Can you work with my existing brand materials?**
Absolutely. If you have brand guidelines, logo, or existing materials, we will use them as a base to ensure consistency. If you do not have them, we can create a mini-guideline for your project.
