It all started in 2004, with a great passion for technology and one of the first internet cafes in Durrës, "Kaltersia". There, amidst the clatter of keyboards and the excitement of games, we learned something essential: technology must work seamlessly for people to enjoy what they do.

This passion drove us to experiment. We created "XP Albspirit", the first Albanian version of Windows XP, and offered innovative solutions like "diskless" systems for game centers and call centers. From maintaining networks and computers, we naturally transitioned to providing support for businesses, hotels, and other companies seeking stability and security.
